This is the time of the year when lots of thank you cards are needed. Inspired by a post by ‘POOTLES’ I spent yesterday making these using up the remainder of the Season of Style DSP from Stampin’ Up’ I know these are in traditional Christmas colours but as they are thank you’s for Christmas gifts I think they are the perfect colours!
The base was in Cherry Cobbler card, then a layer of the DSP. I used the sentiment from Lots of Thanks, in Cherry Cobbler ink on Whisper White card, cut out with the Decorative Label Punch and sponged with Old Olive ink.
This set is available in French and German, as well
Following POOTLES’ design I cut out 3 little flowers from the ‘Itty Bitty Punch Pack’ sponged 2 with Cherry Cobbler and the third with Old Olive then attached with a tiny dot of multi-purpose adhesive. A candy dot and a few rhinestones and the cards were finished!
I am very proud of my bow-tying skills so could not resist a little bow of Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine.
