These are two projects from our card class this month.  A vintage card using the Hexagon Hive Die from the ‘Celebrate the Everyday’ mini catalog and a gift/treat box, both using the You’re Lovely Stamp set from the Sale-a-bration brochure and the delicate Tea Lace Paper Doilies.

The card used Wisteria Wonder and Perfect Plum card and the box was made from a single sheet of 11 x 8 1/2 Pool Party card, pool party seam-binding and a 12 x 2″ strip of Sweet Sorbet DSP.  It is a perfect size to fit 6 cards + envelopes or treats ready for Easter or Mother’s Day.

This is Hexagon Hive Die used to make the embellishment on the front of the card.  Used with the Big Shot and Magnetic Platform is works best if your place a sheet of waxed paper between the die and the card, giving you a good clean-cut and easy release in those little divides.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another version of the card but designed for the guys in our lives.

Pacific Point and Smoky Slate card was used along with Real Red, Pacific Point and Soft Sky ink.
