Once again I am thrilled to be taking part in the Ink . Stamp . Share blog hop, we are a group of Stampin’ Up!®️Demonstrators from around the globe here to bring you inspiration through creativity!
You will have either arrived from Deb Naylor’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME . This month’s theme is a Color Challenge!
Each of the projects you will see on this hop with be using the following colors, Berry Burst, So Saffron, Garden Green, Pacific Point and Night of Navy – I have to admit I freaked out when I saw the range and number of colors, but I took a deep breath and dived in!
I decided to use the Touches of Texture Stamp Set – it has lots of different background stamps as well as the flower images which I thought would work well for the 5 colors we had to find a place for.
Card Base: 11 x 4 1/4 Pacific Point Card~ scored @ 5 1/2
Layer 1 : 5 1/4 x 4 Night of Navy Card
Layer 2 : 5 x 3 3/4 Very Vanilla Card
Ink Colors: Berry Burst, So Saffron, Garden Green and Night of Navy
I stamped the flowers in Berry Burst first, with a little stampin’ off for the middle one, followed by the leaves and dragon fly – then stamped all over with So Saffron and a couple of the background stamps.
Layers 1 and 2 are adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue this is then attached to the card with 4 – 5 Stampin’ Dimensionals. A cute bow in the Metallic Edged Berry Burst ribbon and a trio of Rhinestone Jewels ……………………phew – I got it all covered ~ that was a challenge!
