Ink . Stamp . Share Blog Hop ~ Mini Box of Notes

Once again I am thrilled to be taking part in the Ink . Stamp . Share blog hop, we are a group of Stampin’ Up!®️Demonstrators from around the globe here to bring you inspiration through creativity!

So I have been working on using some of the new goodies from the Annual Catalog and my starting point was the 3 1/8 x 3 1/8 Acetate Card Boxes, new In-colors and Jar of Flowers Stamp Set.

I was able to get 4 3 x 3 cards plus envelopes into the box quite comfortably.

Card Base: 6 x 3 Thick Very Vanilla Card ~ scored @ 3″

Layer 1: 2 7/8 x 2 7/8 In-color Card

Layer 2: 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 Very Vanilla Card

Ink Color : Early Expresso with Water Color Pencils and Blender Pen

I used the Jar of Flowers Stamp set – there is a bouquet of flowers that works for most seasons, I used Early Expresso Ink to stamp the image then Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen. As I had used a water based ink with a Blender Pen I had to work very carefully and quickly to ensure the dark outline ink did not ‘muddy up’ my water colors.
