You are probably aware that when a new SU annual catalog is launched we get 5 new ‘in-colors’ that are with us for two years. This years colors are rich, earthy tones and today’s card features two of them.
I showcased this new stamp set and coordinating dies ~ Timeless Arrangement ~ a few days ago, I knew then I would l be using a lots as it has some pretty floral images and a boatload of greetings in lovely fonts – my kinda stamp set!!!
- Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Copper Clay Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
- Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Very Vanilla Card ~ run thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Raindrops Embossing Folder
- Layer 2: Scraps of Distressed Gold Specialty Paper, Wild Wheat and Copper Clay Card
- Ink Color: Copper Clay
The Timeless Arrangement Dies take centre stage for this card – I cut all three sizes of labels in different papers and layered them on top of one another with a little Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
It is hard to describe the next step ~ the little sprigs of leaves are cut using 4 of the dies – however each of the dies has two sprigs on as well as a little card strip joining them together. The little strip is cunningly attached to the back of the bottom label, perfectly placed to create a beautiful arrangement – just as the name of the set says! I simply attached them to the back of the label then added a few Stampin Dimensionals to attach to the base card.

I added a simple Linen Thread Bow to compliment the other earthy tones. (check out how I tie my bows)
