Welcome to my Corner of the World

You can be ‘on my mind’ for almost any event, get well, sympathy, thinking of you, studying for exams or ‘just because’! Having some cards in my stash that would cover these eventualities is very useful and today’s card, checks those boxes. It also gives me a chance to share the Nature’s Prints stamp set one more time.

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Smoky Slate Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Moody Mauve Card
• Layer 2: 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 Very Vanilla Card
• Ink Color: Moody Mauve & Smoky Slate

As always when I stamp a greeting directly on the card I do that first, then I added the gentle maidenhair fern leaves, using full strength ink each time. Once stamped I attached it to the Moody Mauve layer then ran it thru the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder, before attaching it to the card with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

A little scattering of Adhesive Backed sequins to finish off and I am done…………. another card for my stash 🙂
