Now you may be wondering why I have not shared any new products from the 2024 – 2025 Annual Catalog in the last couple of weeks. Well the truth of the matter is my husband and I have been out of the country on an extended 11 week trip to the UK, we are due to return this very day and probably in the air back to DFW as you read this. My goodies are waiting for me at the house ready for me to dig in and explore them when I get back into the time zone!!
In the meantime I am sharing the card I made for my sister, we were able to celebrate her birthday with her yesterday, a bonus for me:-)
- Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Azure Afternoon Card ~ scored @ 2 1/8 & 6 3/8
- Layer 1:1 2 pieces 1 7/8 x 5 1/4
- Layer 2: 3 3/4 x 2 3/4 Azure Afternoon Card
- Layer 3: 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 Basic White Card
- Ink Color: Memento Tuxedo Black
This is a very simple but impressive Gatefold Fancy Fold and features the Everyday Details Stamp Set and I used the Daffodil Delight, Wild Wheat, Old Olive and Night of Navy Stampin Blends for coloring, then added a few Rhinestone for a little more bling!
While this is for a birthday I think it would make a wonderful Mother’s Day card as well an inspirational card as well.
