Welcome to my Corner of the World

Despite the heat in North Texas I have conceded a little and made an autumn themed card, but have used greens in place of more autumnal browns and oranges, it also gave me a chance to use one of the new on-line exclusives Gold Mercury Vellum for some of my embellishments.

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Mossy Meadow Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Thoughtful Designs Decorative Paper
• Layer 2: 5 1/2 x 1 1/2 Mossy Meadow Card ~ run thru the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder
• Ink Color: Pecan Pie

After embossing layer 2 I wrapped the Pecan Pie Center Stripe Ribbon around it before attaching to card base. My greeting is from the Autumn Leaves Stamp set, stamped onto some Basic White Card cut with the Spot on Nature Dies. Once this was attached to the card with some Stampin Dimensionals I arranged the stems and leaves adhering them with Mini Glue Dots. A few Swirl Dots to finish off…………….. and I am happy with this 🙂
