Welcome to my Corner of the World
We had another member join our family at the beginning of February, a great niece for me who shares her birthday with her aunt, the same sweet girl who made me an aunt a little over 40 years ago! As I am still working with very limited supplies I downloaded some pretty pink decorative paper and found a cute little stamp / die set in a local hobby store. I think it came out OK!!!!

- Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Basic White Thick Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
- Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Decorative Paper ~ run thru embossing machine with the Starstruck Embossing Folder
- Ink Color: Early Expresso
I broke out my deckled edge trimmer, it just gives a great finish. As I did not have a stamp I printed out my greeting then trimmed and layered it with some Early Expresso Card.
I hope you enjoyed the card I shared with you today, I love what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and much more. Don’t forget to be a subscriber on the blog by clicking the blue follow button on the top right and my You Tube Channel so that you get all the projects.
Supplies:
- Card, ink, embossing folder and ribbon ~ Stampin’ UP!
- Stamp/Die set ~ Crafter’s Companion “An Elephant-astic Day”
- Decorative Paper ~ download from Etsy.
As I have now retired as a Stampin Up Demonstrator I will know longer be sharing links to the supplies, however there are lots of wonderful demonstrators around the world who would be glad to help you with finding them. 🙂
Please note that I am not endorsing any particular products nor am I being compensated for using them. I am sharing an idea and hope that you will be able to use products from your own stash to create a similar card 🙂
