Votive Treat Box ~ video tutorial
When I was at the Stampin’ Up convention in July I signed up to join in with an ‘organized swap’
It was for a 3D treat holder and the requirements were that it should hold a treat and be an original design if possible. As I love to make boxes I knew that would be the base of my ‘treat’ but I also wanted to show a technique – after all I was going to be giving my treat to fellow stampers/papercrafters so I wanted it to have a bit of a WOW factor.
Washi Label Punch ~ video tutorial
The Washi Label Punch was introduced in the new 2015 – 2016 Stampin’ Up! catalog and I find I use it a lot. When I was making my swaps for the recent Stampin’ Up! convention in Salt Lake City, UT, I was using a very small greeting on my card and the full size of the punch was a little overwhelming – so with a little playing around I got it to produce just the size I needed.

Gift Packaging for hand-made soap – how to video……..
My sweet friend Rose has been making soap and I was lucky enough to be given one of the first bars. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to make a gift box for it and that I would give the ‘recipe’ to her along with a sample so she could make some for future gift-giving. Blendabilities Box…… How to video….
Blendabilities are Stampin Up’s newest product, they are available in 12 of the exclusive Stampin Up colors as well as a skin tone assortment. Each of the assortments contains 3 markers in light, medium and dark shades of the color, they are alcohol ink markers made for blending and shading. Each set of markers comes in a neat little wallet, but as my collection grew it became clear I needed a box for them to sit together on my work table …… So here is my solution……. Continue reading
