Welcome to my Corner of the World

For the last 4 – 5 years I have designed and enjoyed making my flip over desk calendar for the ladies who come to my classes.  As I have done for the last few years I am going to be sharing one at the start of each month. This was designed for a stamp camp in early December 2023, we had such fun making them and my ladies have made me promise to do another for 2026 ……….. already!

Like last year, I recognize not everyone is into making 3D items so have created a card for each month, using elements from the calendar for that month. .

Welcome to my Corner of the World

Sometimes we look at a product and get a fixed idea of how to use it, then something comes up that makes you look at it in a different light. Enamel Effects is one of those product, I used it for pearls in a card last year (see below for the link) and as a sort of shimmery, highlight paint in another card (again link below) Both of these are delicate embellishing techniques but today the technique uses Enamel Effects in a BIG way!!!

If you follow me you probably know I love to use ribbon and twine wherever possible, often time it is ribbon that will help me decide my color combo. I share a lot of my creations here but from time to time I like to use some of the material that Stampin’ UP! shares with its demonstrators.
