Continue readingSometimes we look at a product and get a fixed idea of how to use it, then something comes up that makes you look at it in a different light. Enamel Effects is one of those product, I used it for pearls in a card last year (see below for the link) and as a sort of shimmery, highlight paint in another card (again link below) Both of these are delicate embellishing techniques but today the technique uses Enamel Effects in a BIG way!!!

I share a lot of my creations here but from time to time I like to use some of the material that Stampin’ UP! shares with its demonstrators.
