Quilt top embossing folder

Petal Palette Stamp set is due to retire at the end of this month – it has been one of my favorites, partly because it has flowers and partly because of all the greetings it has! I shall be sharing at least one more card with this set before the end of May – but don’t delay in ordering yours – as they are likely to sell out pretty quickly!

As usually happens I turn to my ribbon drawer for choosing my colors – and sitting in there is the Coastal Cabana/Granny Apple Green 3/8 Reversible Ribbon – it combines two colors that I would not have put together myself – Stampin’ UP! helps me be so much more creative by presenting these ideas for me to build on!

Welcome to the 5th Ink & Share Scrapbook blog hop, I am delighted to be taking part again. We are group of international Stampin UP! demonstrators sharing our ideas and creativity with you.

You will have either arrived from Shirley Mercer’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME. This month’s theme is Embossing ~ there are different types of embossing, dry embossing which uses Embossing Folders along with the Big Shot, Powder Embossing which uses embossing powders and a Heat Gun and Embossing Paste – so I had quite a decision to make on which to choose.

Once again I have chosen to use a 12 x 12 page – mainly because Stampin’ UP! has 12 x 12 card stock in all its colors which gives me a fantastic choice but also because they have the 12 x 12 Page Protectors and Albums.
