Embossing Paste Technique # 2 ~ Heat Embossing video tutorial

When the 2017 – 2018 Annual Catalog was launched in June there was a new product tucked away on Page 201 ~ Embossing Paste!  It was on my first order and I was so excited when it arrived, however I was also excited about the other goodies that arrived in the same box!  I set aside the pot of paste and to be honest it went from my mind – especially as Christmas themes started.

I was tidying my workbench (it happens….. rarely but it does happen!) and there was the pot of Embossing Paste waiting patiently for my attention.  What fun I have had with this product, as I explored what could be done with it I thought a few video’s would be fun to share.  Here is the  second of my series where I will share how to Heat Emboss your Embossing Paste! Decorating envelopes with a Brayer

I take a lot of time and effort to design and make a card whether it is for a friend or family member or for one of my classes and so I like to decorate the envelopes I send my cards in.  I may use simple stamped image or maybe a more  detailed technique, so I want to introduce you to (or maybe remind you of) a brayer technique.  I tried to write the instructions but they were becoming far too complicated so a short video is in order 🙂 Continue reading
