One of the ladies in my team promoted earlier this month…. A card is definitely In order from one paper crafter to another!  I case’d this card from one sent to me by my Stampin’ Up! Mum, but changed up the colors.

The base card is in Hello Honey, one of Stampin’ Up!’s new in-colors for 2014- 2016. The Whisper White layer is cut at 51/4 x 4 and stamped with one of the stamps from the Work of Art stamp set.  I inked the stamp once then stamped it 4 times on the card without re-inking – that will give you the ‘ombre’ look.  The ‘Congratulations’ is from the Bravo Stamp Set and used ‘Blackberry Bliss’ (again from the 2014 – 2016 In-color collection. A silver glimmer paper star punched with the Itty Bitty Accent Punch pack finishes off with a little bling.
