Christmas Cards …….. in pink!

Now, who said you could not have pink Christmas cards?  With 3 grand-daughters, all who love pink, it made perfect sense to pull out the Pink Piroutte card stock to make their cards.

They are a very simple design with the base card cut at 81/2 x 5 1/2, scored @ 4 1/4″

The front panel was embossed with the Decorative Dots embossing folder and edged with the Scallop Edge Punch.

The images (from a retired stamp set – which I kept ‘cos I love it!) were stamped in Baked Brown Sugar Ink on a 2 x 4″ piece of Whisper White card then layered onto 2 1/4 x 4 1/4 Real Red card punched with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch.

The sentiment is from the same ‘No Peeking’ stamp set punched with the Scalloped Oval punch layered onto Real Red cut with the Extra Large Oval Punch.

A little piece of Pink Pirouette seam binding and a bow in the 1/8 silver ribbon and the cards were complete.

Hopefully the girls will enjoy them and I hope you do too 🙂
