Well would you believe a 4th baby card!! This time for a young couple who live in our old neighborhood and expecting their first child later in the summer. They had a baby shower last weekend and it was different from my previous baby shower experiences as spouses were also invited rather than being just a girlfriend get-together – a refreshing change.
This card is a little different from the others I have made…….
I used the Mini Treat Bag Thinlets and Soft Sky from the Subtles Collection DSP Stack
If you position the Thinlet carefully you can get two of these from a 12 x 12 sheet
The Happy New Baby comes from a now retired stamp which was stamped in Soft Suede then colored with Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie (for beak) marker pens.
The ‘congratulations’ and ‘So Happy For You’ is from the Bravo Stamp set
The label used the Note Tag Punch and the tab on the insert used the Label Bracket Punch folded in half then adhered with snail adhesive. Then a generous flourish of White Satin ribbon tied in a bow and adhered with a glue dot
