It kind of slipped passed me that I had now made over 700 posts on my blog! But much more importantly I have hit 500+ followers – I am so thrilled that you would all choose to spend some time with me!
Last weekend I hosted my annual FALL STAMPIN GETAWAY – I had the chance to spend the whole day sharing papercrafting with 20+ crafters. One of the projects we made was a memory book designed in collaboration with my friend Elly from the UK – who came over to help prepare for and run the day.
I have never made a memory book before so it was a totally new experience for me, but I loved the finished product as well as the process for making it so I just know that I will be making another soon.
We used the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Paper and Embellishment Kit – which is just perfect for sharing what I love with the other ladies who joined us that day.
The finished book measures 5 1/4 x 4 1/4 and the spine is about 1 1/4 inches wide.
The little pocket allows you to tuck a treasure away and the bookmark has a space on the back to do a little journaling.
As you can see there are lots of pages to attach pictures and other memories.
Thank you for stopping by – I hope you like today’s post – please let me know by hitting the LIKE button or in a comment ~ by using that little box at the end of this post. You can subscribe to my Facebook page here!
If you are in need of any stamping supplies, I would love to be your demonstrator. Just click on the Shop Now button on the right side of my page and go directly to my online store.
The supplies we used are available 24/7 in my on-line – just click a picture and it will take you right there, just order what you need. Please use the Host code at checkout so that I can send you a thank you for shopping with me. (it is up there on the right just under the pink purse)
I would love to have all your measurements for this album. I have 30 + grand children. I would love to make each of their grandmothers and mothers a gift like this for Christmas. What a surprise that would be. I too, am a SU! Demonstrator. Are you willing to share? I’m one of those type of crafter’s I have to have all the measurements there in front of me. I have a hard time hearing, because of that, I can’t do Facebook, because there’s NO Closed Captioning! ut, I do love reading your blog! Thank you!

I am currently working on the recipe to share with the ladies who come to the event. It will probably be next week before I get it complete, so if you are happy to wait a while I will gladly share the info. 🙂
