On Tuesday we had 5 new colors introduced to the Stampin’ UP! color family. All are just beautiful, a range of what I can only call pastel, jewel tones. Over the next few weeks I shall introduce each one to you and today I am starting with Purple Posy.
I paired it with the ‘just breathe’ greeting from the Colorful Seasons Stamp Set – I think it gives a really inspirational card, perfect if you are wanting to encourage or inspire someone!
Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Purple Posy Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Purple Posy Card ~ run thru my die cutting machine with the Lace Dynamic Embossing Folder
Banner 2: 4 1/4 x 1 1/2 Whisper White Card
Ink Colors: Gray Granite
A quick card to make stamping the greeting then creating a banner with the Triple Banner Punch. The banner is popped up on 3 – 4 Mini Stampin Dimensionals, then using the Butterfly Duo Punch I cut the largest butterfly from a scrap of Vellum Card and the smallest from a scrap of Purple Posy Card. These where stuck together with a Mini Glue Dot then attached to the card with a mini Stampin Dimensional.
A very serene and peaceful card to send and receive.
