welcome back to my corner of the world.
The Animal Outing Stamp Set has 3 of the cutest little characters, a giraffe, rhino and kangeroo ~ perfect for birthday cards for the ‘littlies’ in our lives. I have chosen some lovely bright colors and the Giraffe for my card, which gave me a chance to pull out my Watercolor Pencils for a little coloring and blending.
Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Pineapple Punch Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
Layer 1: 5 x 3 3/4 Call Me Clover Card
Layer 2: 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 Whisper White Card
Ink Colors: Call me Clover and Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
I stamped the giraffe first then the greeting, then filled in the empty space with the leaf stamp, then colored with Watercolor Pencils for the giraffe, blending the colors with a Blender Pen. If you have not used a blender pen before you want to have a go as it blends out the pencil marks and makes the colors more vibrant!

I used Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive to attach this to the Call Me Clover layer; then 4 – 5 Stampin Dimensions to attach to the card base.
