We get scraps…… all the time, paper crafters, quilters etc get scraps left over. If it plain card I have no problem putting it in the rubbish bin, but decorative paper, I just can’t do it! So today I used a few of my scraps from a recent project to pull together a very quick and simple ‘any occasion’ card featuring one of the free SAB decorative paper packs ~ Softly Stippled

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Lost Lagoon Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White Card ~ run thru the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Painted Texture Embossing Folder
• Layer 2: 3 pieces 3 3/4 x 1 1/2 Lost Lagoon Card
• Layer 3: 3 pieces 3 1/2 x 1 1/4 Softly Stippled Decorative Paper
• Ink Color: Lost Lagoon

The pieces of decorative paper are exactly the scrap piece – I did not trim I simply cut layers a 1/4 larger and attached the paper with Liquid Adhesive. My greeting is from the Charming Sentiments Stamp Set cut with the Curved Label Punch. A simple bow using the Silver 1/8 Trim Combo Pack and a few Basic Rhinestones for a little bling.
