Welcome to my Corner of the World

Welcome to the Funky Folds Hop ~ a community for like minded paper crafters who love to make cards with funky folds and to share our ideas. Funky actually means “modern and stylish in an unconventional or striking way” so hang onto your hats and see what the talented artisans have to offer 🙂

Clever Coloring Technique for Handmade Birthday Cards

Welcome to my Corner of the World

If you are like me and not so good at coloring – today’s technique is a great one for you! Once again I am using some simple supplies, Stamps, Ink & Paper to create the card – so you should be able to use the idea with supplies from your own stash. Mixed Technique Card with Neutral Layers & Florals

Welcome to my Corner of the World

I used a number of different simple techniques on todays card, some stamping, some stenciling and some punch art. I kinda wanted to work with neutral shades rather than bringing in colour. Although I have used a ‘thinking of you’ sort of greeting I think this design / layout would work for any occasion if you change up the greeting and you could bring in other colours as well. 🙂
