A few days ago I shared a a funky fold card featuring the Rock and Roll decorative paper pack, I decided to take the idea for a simpler fold and paired it with the Merry Melody Embossing Folder which seemed to be a perfect match!
- Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Basic Black Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
- Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White Card ~ run thru the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Merry Melody Embossing Folder
- Layer 2: 4 1/4 x 2 1/4 Basic Black Card
- Layer 3: 4 x 2 Rock & Roll Decorative Paper
- Ink Color: Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
My greeting is from the Circle Sayings Stamp set – I think it would be perfect not only for a birthday but would be lovely for Father’s Day as well.
I have let the decorative paper do all the work and the simplicity of the layers makes it a very quick and easy card to do. All layers are attached with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, I just popped up the ‘guitar’ layer with Stampin Dimensionals before scattering some black Classic Matte Dots.
