Some friends welcomed their baby son recently, I made this card with the limited supplies I have on hand as much of my goodies are still packed in a shipping container! I bought some dies and downloaded and printed some pretty paper, no ink or stamps ….. just paper and glue!
Continue readingThis challenge is a new one for me, I was drawn to it because this months theme is ‘Masculine’ which is always a struggle for me as I am into floral and glitter – not too many of the fellas in my life would really appreciate that!!
If you, like me, have difficulty with masculine cards I have one that will help you today. I think the simplest thing to start with is the colors, I chose the Thoughtful Journey decorative paper, picked out a couple of the more masculine colors then broke out the Grove Dies for the first time!

I love this one as I am pretty rubbish at making cards for the fellas in our lives – the Adventurous Sky Stamp Set with coordinating Adventurous Sky Dies are perfect for creating masculine cards, alternatively it would make a great card for anyone who loves planes or flying regardless of if they are a ‘him’ or a ‘her’ 🙂
