As I was sharing the dies I made a comment about the beautiful wreath die and how I would be making use of it in very short order. Continue readingWhat a great sentiment for a card – it can be used for just about any occasion, especially one of those times when you feel like sending a card to someone you know needs cheering up, letting them know you are thinking about them.
This card is a bit of a punch fest – using 3 to create the embellishments in what is a very simple card.

Continue readingThis is a very quick fun fold to make, by simply cutting a piece off the front of the card, then flipping it around and attaching it to the front! I used the Butterfly Brilliance Background stamp for this card – as it is quite a large stamp I used the Stamparatus to help me out.

I have been using one of the Sale-a-bration goodies, Daffodil Afternoon Decorative Paper with the Daffodil Daydream and Happy & Heartfelt Stamp Sets. The Daffodil outline in these stamps are perfect for coloring with Stampin Blends Alcohol Markers, which is a technique I am still working on to improve, which you will see in the video 🙂

I have chosen to use a the Tidings of Christmas Designer Paper to create a ‘Just Because’ card today. This paper is in the Annual Catalog and available year round, and although Christmas 2021 is behind us I wanted to use it for something other than a Christmas card (although you could add a Christmas greeting and it would work very well)
