Sale-a-bration will be over in the next few days – February 28th is the deadline for getting free products, which includes stamp set and decorative paper. Today my card features one of the decorative papers and one of the Stamp Sets.

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Basic Black Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White Card
• Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Basic Black Card
• DSP: 6 strips 4 x 3/4 Simply Marbleous 6 x 6 Paper
• Ink Color: Tuxedo Black Memento Ink

This is a very quick and easy card to make – I was inspired by an idea of Mary Knabe’s ~ it allowed me to showcase each of the colors contained in the pack of of decorative paper I was able to get for free! Layering onto black card really makes those colors pop!

Each of the strips are attached with a little Multipurpose Liquid Glue, I started by sticking down the top and bottom strips then equally spaced out the other strips leaving a little black stripe between them.

The greeting is from another Sale-a-bration freebie – the Special Moment Stamp Set – cut using the Everyday Label Punch, then a couple of the Adhesive Blue Gems to finish off.
