Delicate Gatefold Congratulations Card

Welcome to my Corner of the World

Today’s card was inspired by the Playing with Patterns Combo Ribbon Pack! ~ the combination of the Coastal Cabana and Night of Navy Ribbons was just perfect. This is the card I created for my niece’s 18th birthday earlier this month. I am not too much up on the likes and dislikes of young people reaching their majority but I know she is really not into lots of frills.

There is only a tiny bit of stamping for my greeting which comes from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set.

Happy 4th!

Welcome back to my corner of the world

Today is Independence Day here in the US, I usually make a card to share with you, to wish America Happy Birthday!   My card is red, white and blue and I chose to use the pretty fern from the Daisy Lane Stamp Set in place of traditional images…. just to be a bit different.

Anyway, wishing all my readers, whether in the US or other parts of the world a Happy 4th!!
