May 31st marks then end of the current Stampin’ Up! Catalog year. Some old favorites will be retiring so I thought I would pull them out one more time and share a few more projects.

Its hard to believe that the 2016 ~ 2018 In-colors are nearly a year old! We get 5 new colors each year, some of them I love on sight, others grow on me. The one that really captured my imagination straightaway was the Flighty Flamingo, the one that needed a little more time was Peekaboo Peach, both colors suit this birthday card perfectly. It is not quite 3 weeks since the 2016 – 2017 Annual catalog was launched and with it the new In-colors that we shall have for the next 2 years. The new colors are always greatly anticipated because they are always up-to-date and in line with current trends – Stampin’ Up! go to a lot of trouble to ensure this is the case.
One of the perks of being a demonstrator, I get the chance to see these new colors, a sneak peak at the new catalog in late April and was able to buy some of the new items at the beginning of May and I gotta say – I just love them all, they are clean, bright colors and a wonderful addition to the color families.
