Scrumptious new in-colors from Stampin’ Up!

It is not quite 3 weeks since the 2016 – 2017 Annual catalog was launched and with it the new In-colors that we shall have for the next 2 years.  The new colors are always greatly anticipated because they are always up-to-date and in line with current trends – Stampin’ Up! go to a lot of trouble to ensure this is the case.

One of the perks of being a demonstrator, I get the chance to see these new colors,  a sneak peak at the new catalog in late April and was able to buy some of the new items at the beginning of May and I gotta say – I just love them all, they are clean, bright colors and a wonderful addition to the color families.

For my catalog launch at the begining of June I made up a number of cards to showcase each new color and its coordinating ribbon.

The cards themselves are very staight forward as I did not want to overshadow the colors

Card Base:  11 x 4 1/4   ~ scored @ 2 3/4 and 5 1/2

Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Smokey Slate Card

Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Whisper White Card

The stamp sets are Flower Shop and Layering Love for the greeting

So let us introduce…………… Dapper Denim

Emerald Envy

Flirty Flamingo

Peekaboo Peach

…… and Sweet Sugarplum

Hope you liked the cards today – leave me a comment below to share your thoughts.

Here are the main supplies used, all are available 24/7 at my on-line store – just click a piccy and it will take you straight there :-)…. don’t you just love all the coordinating products – that is what Stampin” Up! are sooooo good at!
