Quick, Bright and Cheerful Congratulations Card Idea

Welcome to my Corner of the World

The Lovely You Stamp Set has some great images busting out a bunch of bright and cheerful colors for simply stamping randomly across you piece of card.

This a very quick and simple card and needs little explanation, I just added a bow using the coordinating 3/8 ribbon and a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
