Mini Hybrid Journal ~ Construction of Mini Folio # 1

Hello, wonderful readers! This is the 2nd video in the series and today I am taking the next step in creating the Mini Hybrid Journal by constructing the first of the 2 folios that will make up the ‘hybrid’ part of the journal. The first one is the more straight forward of the two folios and there is a downloadable ‘recipe’ as well as a video to follow.

What is a Hybrid Journal – that basically means it has a couple of folios and then some regular pages in the middle. I am also making my first Medori-style feature to hold those middle pages together! There will be a total of 9 posts and videos – I hope that you will follow along with me as I work my way thru!

Hello, wonderful readers! Today I am embarking on a project that will be a gift for a very dear friend who is celebrating a milestone birthday. By the time you read this I will already have given it to her so there’s no problem with spoiling the surprise.

3 Envelope Journal Filler Folder or how many pockets and tucks can I fit into 3 envelopes???

I have been working on ideas for journals for the last couple of years and have really been bitten by the bug! I just love creating these little gems and had the best time putting this idea using 3 regular envelopes to create a pretty folder using some decorative paper and glue! Card Idea for a Great Niece

I’m not at all good at making cards for children – so looking for ideas is always a challenge. However I had some ‘fairy’ digitals that I had fussy cut in my stash (why? ~ I’m not sure other than they looked so cute at the time!) and decided they would be perfect for a 5 year old. My video shows how I thought thru what to do with those cute little fairies.
