I have shared how I have a tendency to hoard my Designer Series Paper and how I have set a personal goal to use it more often! Today’s card using the beautiful Ornate Garden Specialty Paper in all its glory, taking center stage.
I selected a couple of the colors from the decorative paper for my card base and layers and let the paper do the rest, the only stamping is the greeting!
Continue readingI am sharing the card I made for my sister-in-law’s birthday last month. She is not into frilly and ‘frou frou’ but I still wanted to make something that is feminine, so flowers and scalloped edges seemed to be the way to go.
The Flowers for Every Season DSP is exactly that – it does have pretty flowers ~ I simply chose one of the sheets then selected two of the colors within it, which turned out to be Misty Moonlight and Flirty Flamingo.
Continue readingToday’s card is using the Healing Hugs Stamp Set, this is such a useful set with some great greetings for those times we need to send good wishes for speedy recovery as well as some leaf and texture stamps, both of which I have chosen to use for this card.
