I have been using one of the exclusive ‘Sale-a-bration’ stamp sets, that is free with a $50 purchase of products until March 31st.

Here are two  cards made using theSale-a-bration  exclusive products, Petal Parade Stamp set and the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper, as well as some of the other products available in the ‘Celebrate the Everyday’ mini catalog.

The base is made from Stampin’ Up’s Whisper White Card. The design was stamped using the Petal Parade Stamp Set and Strawberry Slush, Pistachio Pudding and Pool Party ink.  A strip of the wonderful Natural Chevron Ribbon was attached using a couple of glue dots and a sentiment from ‘Simply Celebrate’ Set (also available in French) stamped in Baked Brown Sugar.  A quick and simple card that would work for almost any occasion.

There is a little more happening in this card.  The base card is Crumb Cake with a layer of Crisp Cantaloupe.  One of Stampin’ Up’s Tea Lace Paper Doilies was adhered using snail adhesive then a 2x 51/4 strip of the Sale-a-bration DSP ‘ Sweet Sorbet adhered over the top of the doily.  The image was stamped on Whisper White card using Crisp Cantaloupe ink.  Punched out using the 1 3/8 circle punch before layering onto Pool Party Blossom Punch and   2 1/2 circle punched in Pistachio Pudding. A pearl completed the center of the flower.

Sale-a-bration started on January 28th and runs thru March 31st.  You get to choose any of the exclusive products with each $50 purchase thru me.  I have spent a little time working on some cards using the products from the Sale-a-bration catalog and have been sharing them in recent posts.
