‘Thank you’ is probably the first phrase we are taught as children – it certainly was in our home and I observed my sister and her eldest daughter do the same when they started their families. It takes but a few moments to say but it can have so much impact. I decided to share my ‘thank you’ cards I sent to my customers in June.
I used the new 2014~2015 In-color – Tangelo Twist, then recalled that one of my dear customers has strong ties to Texas A&M – so ‘burnt orange’ would not be at all appropriate, so the one on the left is for her and I used Rich Razzleberry. I also had two ladies join my team of demonstrators in June and so the version in the middle is a welcome/thank you card combined.
Gorgeous Grunge and Work of Art were the stamp sets used. Tangelo Twist (Rich Razzleberry) and Chocolate Chip were the ink colors. I punched 3 little flowers using the Itty Bitty Accent Punch Pack and sponged the edges of 2 in chocolate chip and the third in Tangelo Twist (Rich Razzleberry)
The twist of burlap comes from cutting about 6 -7 inches from 1 1/4″ Burlap Ribbon then pulling one of the threads loose, twisting it into a figure 8 then sticking it onto the card with a glue dot, then hiding the ‘mechanics’ with my flowers. The final touch was a tiny dot of the new Gold Glitz Dazzling Details in the middle of the flowers.
I enjoyed making the cards and I hope my ‘ladies’ know how much I appreciate their support and enthusiasm at my classes and camps.
If you’d like any of the supplies, to shop, or to get a catalog, please feel free to contact me, and if you’re thinking of joining Stampin’ Up! and my team I’d most definitely like to hear from you.

Ahhhh I love your Aggie Maroon Card for a sample. Thank you. Hugs, Toni
