One of the new products recently introduced by Stampin’ Up! is the Gift Box Punch Board. It was launched at the annual convention in July and I was able to buy one there. Sad to say I was not able to get to play with it for about 6 weeks, partly due to having packed up and sell our house and moving into temporary accommodation while our new house is being built!
I found myself with a few spare hours to string together so I unpacked the board, dug out my card stock and Designer Series Paper and started to ‘play’ …….. here are a few of them, some of which I decorated with ribbons, bows and tags.
This tool is addictive, once I made the first one, I thought I would just try just one more ……… 2 hours later and I had made all 15 of the sizes and shapes the board produces! The board comes with all the instructions – so you can be productive from the first minute you take it out of the box!
The largest box is 4 x 4 x 4 and uses 12 x 12 card stock. The smallest is 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 and starts with 6 x 6 card stock. These boxes are just perfect for holiday treats, candy, cookies. The largest box would hold a medium-sized candle the smallest? ………perhaps a piece of jewellery.
I used the beautiful Fancy Foil Designer Vellum and the Gift Bow Bigz Die for the decoration on the two green boxes. Very quick to make but they have a WOW factor!
Let me know if you would like one of these boards, I tell you … they are addictive and fun.
Take care and Happy Stamping 🙂
