I have three parts to my working life, Tax Advisor during tax season, Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and Origami Owl designer. I have, on more than one occasion, expressed my feelings on the importance of saying thank you! I recently did some jewellery bars and 2 parts of my working life were able to come together when it came to thanking my hostesses!
Since turquoise is Origami Owls corporate color, Tempting Turquoise was an obvious choice for my cards.
My card base was cut 11 x 4 1/4 and scored @ 5 1/2. The Whisper White layer is 5 1/4 x 4
The ‘swish’ is from the Work of Art stamp set stamped in Pool Party then stamped again without re-inking to give the lighter color. I used Tempting Turquoise and Watercolor Thank you.
The owl was made using the Owl Builder Punch (what else!) and he is attached using a couple of dimensionals. My finishing flourish is a star from silver glimmer paper using the Itty Bitty Accent Punch Pack.
