Birthday Butterflies on Bordering Blooms Card with Video

Back in June a dear friend of mine from my UK days celebrated a birthday – she is a lover of PINK – so I usually make her a predominantly pink card and this year was no exception.

Base card: Pink Pirouette ~ cut 8 1/2 x 5 1/2   scored @ 2″ 3 1/8″ 5 3/8 & 6 1/2 (I know those 1/8 can be awkward to do but with the Stampin’ Score from Stampin’ Up! it is really easy to do!

Front Panel : Whisper White ~ cut 5 1/4 x 2

Side Panels: Whisper White ~ cut 2, 5 1/4 x 1 3/4

Inks: Pink Pirouette, Crumb Cake and Wild Wasabi

Each of the white panels were sponged with Pink Pirouette ink as were the little flowers and the large butterfly.
