I chose the DSP decorated with balloons, see those little balloons…… that is a new Party Punch Pack also from the Occasions catalog!!!! it makes a fantastic embellishment……. I stamped and punched out 3 little balloons which were attached with tiny pieces of stampin dimensional to ‘pop’ them up a little.
