Shaving Cream Technique ~ more samples

I shared some of the color combinations using the shaving cream technique on Friday, I have a bunch more just crying out to be included….. here goes………

Each of the card have the same measurements and construction, only the ink colors changed and the color of the ribbon on the bow!

Some wild pinks ~ Rose Red, Blushing Bride and Pink Pirouette

I chose Sahara Sand as the base for all the cards – it is a great neutral and worked perfectly for every one of the color combinations I tried.

Card Base:  8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Sahara Sand ~ scored @ 4 1/4

Layer 1: 4 x 5 1/4 Whisper White

Layer 2: 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 Sahara Sand

Layer 3: 4 x 2 1/2 Whisper White

Soft Suede ink was used on the greeting layered with Rose Red card behind to give it a little ‘pop’

See Friday’s post for the link to the video!

Restful greens  ~ Always Artichoke, Pear Pizzazz and So Saffron, the accent color on the greeting is Pear Pizzazz Card

Vibrant Oranges,  Tangerine Tango, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight. The accent color is Daffodil Delight.

and finally ….. mellow neutrals, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake and Sahara Sand ~ with Soft Suede as the accent color behind the greeting.
