What a beautiful sentiment this is from the Birthday Blooms Stamp Set and perfect for the card I wanted to make for my dear friend who lives in PA. Her favorite colors are pink and purple, Pink Pirouette and Wisteria Wonder work so beautifully together with the silver filigree in the butterfly aperture of this card.

The ‘filligree’ is made using the Bloomin’ Hearts thinlits die, which as its name suggests is heart shaped, perfect for valentine, anniversary and wedding cards but here I show you how it can be used for any occasion! I am also breaking out some new ribbon – the 1/4 naturals trim with a little silver thread running thru it. Both the silver and gold versions of these ribbons will be included in the ribbon share coming in August!
