Colorful Seasons with Berry Burst

This is the third of the 5 new In-Colors launched on June 1st ~ Berry Burst is a really vibrant magenta color that I paired with Smoky Slate, which allow the Berry Burst to ‘burst’ out as a focal color.

All the cards I am sharing that introduce the new 2017 – 2018 In-colors,  have been made using the Colorful Seasons Stamp Set which literally has Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter images with a selection of greetings in a lovely font.  Better yet – it has a coordinating Thinlets Die set (if you buy the bundle – you get 10% discount!)

Card base:  11 x 4 1/4 Smoky Slate Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2

Layer 1:  5 1/4 x 2 3/4 Berry Burst Card

Layer 2: 5 x 2 1/2 Whisper White Card

Layer 3: 5 1/2 x 1 1/2 Fresh Florals DSP Stack

Ink colors: Berry Burst and Smoky Slate.

Scraps of Smoky Slate was used to cut the leaves with the Seasonal Layers dies, the large and small leaves are attached using Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I resisted the temptation to use one of the In-Color Itty Bitty Bows and opting for a double bow using the Whisper White Solid Bakers Twine.

If you want to create this card all the supplies are available 24/7 in my on-line – just click a picture and it will take you right there, just order what you need.

Did you know that you can get a packet of card with 4 sheets of each of the new colors – that is 20 sheets which would make 40 card bases –  I have included that shopping list  below.

There is still time to join in with my 2017 In-color ink and paper share – you can build up your collection over a number of months 🙂

I hope you like today’s project – please let me know in a comment ~ by using that little link just under the title.

Give me a shout if you need any more information or want to book a class or a party!

My Project 4-001If you’d like any of the supplies, to shop, or to get a catalog, please feel free to contact me, and if you’re thinking of joining Stampin’ Up! and my team I’d most definitely like to hear from you
