Petal Palette Birthday with a touch of Soft Seafoam

Soft Seafoam is a super new color introduced in June – it is in the Subtles color family but I have used it here as more of a neutral – it goes perfectly with Cherry Cobbler!

It was my daughter-in-law’s birthday last Sunday and this was the card I made for her, using the very popular Petal Palette Stamp Set.

Card base:  11 x 4 1/4 Cherry Cobbler Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2

Layer 1:  5 1/4 x 2 Cherry Cobbler from the Regals 6 x 6 color collection DSP – this will give you 3 cards from one sheet!

Layer 2: 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 Soft Seafoam Card

Layer 3: 3 1/2 x 2 1/4 Whisper White Card

Layer 4: 2 3/8 x 7/8 Soft Seafoam

Layer 5: 2 1/4 x 3/4 Whisper White

Ink Colors: Soft Sea Foam

The ribbon notch was cut using the Detailed Trio Punch then some 1/8 sheer Whisper White  ribbon threaded thru and knotted, my other embellishment are silver Metallic Pearls – these are a great deal you get 121 gold and 121 silver pearls in a pack for just $7 – plan to add them to your next order – especially with the Holiday season coming up!
