Garden Lane DSP Scrap Card

I was tidying my work bench – it happens from time to time, especially if I find myself looking for something that is really right under my nose if I just had not put ‘something else’ on top of it!  I have often said that if I had just half of the time back that I spend looking for something that is right in front of me,  I would get so much more done in a day……. can anyone else relate?

Anyway – as I say – I was tidying my workbench and found some scraps from the Garden Lane DSP from a project I had finished a couple of days before.  I could not bring myself to throw them away, so pulled out some Whisper White Card along with a Garden Green Card base.  I did not trim the DSP in any way, they are exactly the size and shape l picked up!  🙂

I shall be introducing my DSP share in the coming weeks – so watch this space!

Card base:  8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Garden Green Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4

Layer 1: 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 Whisper White Card and 3 x 3 Garden Lane DSP

Layer 2:  4 1/8 x 1 1/8 Whisper White Card  and 4 x 1 Garden Lane DSP

Layer 3: 3 x 1 5/8 Whisper White Card and 2 7/8 x 1 1/2 Garden Lane DSP

Ink Color: Mint Macaron

All pieces of DSP are adhered to the Whisper White layers with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, then layers 1 and 2 attached to card with the liquid adhesive and layer 3 popped up  with 4 – 5 Stampin Dimensionals.

The greeting is from the Good Morning Magnolia Stamp set, simply stamped onto a 3/4″ scrap of Whisper White Card, just ‘chopped’ off at an angle before attaching with a couple of Stampin Dimensionals then a couple of Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

As I say – I just can’t bear to waste any of this beautiful paper!
