welcome back to my corner of the world.
We have new neighbors! The house next to ours has just sold for the 3rd time in 5 years! – not sure if that is a reflection on us or just that previous owners were young couples with growing families running out of space! hopefully it is the latter!
Of course a welcome to the neighborhood is always nice and I had a new stamp set from the 2019 Holiday Catalog I wanted to play with Gather Together which I paired with the Delightful Day Stamp set because it has a teeny, tiny stamp that says ‘ on your new home’ – how simply perfect for my card!
Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Blackberry Bliss Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Crumb Cake Card
Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Very Vanilla Card
Banner: 4 x 3/4 Copper Foil Card
Focal piece” 2 x 2 Very Vanilla Card layered onto 2 1/8 x 2/18 Crumb Cake Card, layered onto 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 Blackberry Bliss Card
Ink Color: Crumb Cake and Blackberry Bliss
Layer 2 is randomly stamped in Crumb Cake ink, attached to the Crumb Cake layer and card base with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive, as was the 3 layers of the focal piece which was then attached to card with 4 – 5 Stampin Dimensionals.
The greeting is from the Delightful Day Stamp Set , using Blackberry Bliss ink then hand trimmed before being attached with a couple of Mini Stampin Dimensionals. A cheeky little bow made from the Braided Linen Trim, attached with a Mini Glue Dot.
