I love the combination of reds and greens at Christmas – the tree in my family room has a red, green and gold theme. Having said that I also love the combination of blue and silver – so I have a tree in my craft room/study in those colors!
The Tidings All Around stamp set was one of the first on my wish list when the 2019 Holiday Catalog came out – I knew instantly what I was going to do with it and what colors I would use.
Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Real Red Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Whisper White Card
Scraps of Real Red, Whisper White and Silver Glimmer Paper for embellishments
Ink Colors: Granny Apple Green
This was a very simple card to make – I just needed to make sure I stamped the wreath high enough to leave for my Silver Metallic Edged Ribbon. The greeting is cut with the Starburst Punch before layering onto some Real Red card cut with the 2 1/4 Circle Punch, then attached to the card base with 3 Stampin Dimensionals.
I could not resist adding a few Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels and a little extra bling with Silver Glimmer Paper and the Sprig Punch. If you are running out of time with your Christmas cards this is one that you could make lots of pretty quickly 🙂
