Thought I would take a little break from Christmas today and share a nice, bright, sunny Daffodil Delight card featuring the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set. The stamps in this set are known as DistINKtive ~ they have been specially made to enable you to get different depths of color by just stamping each image once.
The stamp I used today reminds me very much of a hydrangea and it is a nice big stamp that fills my space perfectly!
Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Daffodil Delight Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Whisper White Card ~ passed thru the big shot with the Country Floral 3D Embossing Folder
Layer 2: 4 x 3 Whisper White Card layered onto 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 Daffodil Delight Card
Ink Colors: Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz. – one of my favorite combinations!
I popped the 2nd layer up on 4 – 5 Stampin Dimensionals, then added some of the green sequins from the Gingham Gala Adhesive Backed sequins and popped a Pearl Basic Jewel in the center to hide the little hole in the middle. Have you tried the Take your Pick Tool? The putty end makes it so easy to pick up small items like these sequins and pearls and place them directly onto your card.
