Welcome to the Ink & Share Scrapbook blog hop, we are group of international Stampin’ UP! demonstrators sharing our ideas and creativity with you.
You will have either arrived from Jo’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME. This month we have Artistic Licence to use any of the products in the Annual Catalog or the new 2020 Mini Catalog ~ I think this page could be used to keep memories from just about any occasion, birthday, graduation, engagement, anniversary!
Once again I have chosen to use a 12 x 12 page – mainly because Stampin’ UP! has 12 x 12 card stock in all its colors which gives me a fantastic choice but also because they have the 12 x 12 Page Protectors and Albums.
I have used three of the product that are available for FREE in this year’s Sale-a-bration, The Thoughtful Blooms Stamp Set with the co-ordinating Small Blooms Punch and the Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper.
Yesterday I shared a card on the Ink and Share Blog hop which came about as a result of creating this page, I love the colors and images so much I wanted to show that you can still use this design whether you are a card crafter or a scrapbooker! Click here if you missed yesterdays post
I pulled out my Heat Tool with Silver and White Embossing Powders, I stamped and set the silver leafy swirls first then went back in to stamp and emboss the tiny flowers in white. It took a little extra time to do but I love the effect.
Check out my video on Heat Embossing
The larger flowers are embossed onto a scrap of the Lily Impressions DSP then cut with the Small Blooms Punch before attaching to the card with a Mini Glue Dot, then topped off with a Noble Peacock Rhinestone
The journaling patch is cut using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies, stamped using the Thoughtful Blooms Stamp Set and embossed then attached with a couple of Stampin Dimensionals.
Thank you for stopping by – I hope you like today’s page – please let me know in a comment ~ by using that little box at the end of this post.
