Today’s card uses up some scraps of the World of Good Designer Series Paper (DSP) – I had been using this paper pack for another project and could not bear to waste scraps of this beautiful foiled paper.

I love to make these ‘panel’ cards – I simply take the DSP scraps and cut the background layers about an 1/8 larger (or sometimes a 1/4 larger if I want a wider boarder) I hear groans when I suggest cutting 1/8’s but with the Stampin’ UP! Paper Trimmer it is so easy to do because the marks are so clear for cutting.

• Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Early Expresso Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
• Layer 1: 5 x 1 7/8 World of Good DSP layered onto 5 1.8 x 2 So Saffron Card
• Layer 2: 3 x 1 3/8 World of Good DSP layered onto 3 1/8 x 1 1/2 So Saffron Card
• Layer 3: 1 7/8 x 1 Very Vanilla Card layered onto 2 x 1 1/8 So Saffron Card
• Ink Color: Early Expresso

My greeting is from the Hostess Set ~ Touched My Heart (which you can get for free if you place a minimum product order of $150 🙂 , although you can use an alternative greeting and simply change the size of the piece of card.

I cut the leaf using the Gathered Leaves Dies with some of the Brass Foil Card, simply attached with a Mini Glue Dot.
