Merry Christmas Everyone!

Today’s project is inspired by a blog hop I recently took part in, this is the reason I love blog hops, you can get such inspiration. I have put a link to my inspiration a little further down so you can check it out for yourself.

I found the wooden bases in my stash, they measure 4 1/2 x 3, I had my husband drill a small hole at the top then used Soft Suede Ink and a Stampin Sponge to color the edges.

The poinsettias are made with the Poinsettia Dies with Real Red Card and Old Olive Card. I sponged all the edges then added at little Frost White Shimmer Paint to a Stampin Spritzer topped up with some Isopropanol Alcohol, to put a soft sheen on the ‘petals’ Each layer is attached together with a Stampin Dimensional then a stunning Beaded Pearls Embellishment. The berry sprays are cut from Gold Foil.

I used a little of the Poinsettia Place DSP to decorate the box. The greeting is from the Best Year Stamp Set, heat embossed in gold.
