Looking back over my last few posts I realize I have slipped back into my old favorite of using flowers! I can’t help it ~ I am drawn to those stamp sets, dies and punches that feature flowers.

Today’s card does have some teeny, tiny flowers, but you are going to see the big, ol’ balloon first along with the beautiful Rainbow Glimmer Paper.

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Coastal Cabana Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White Card
• Layer 2: 5 1/4 x 1 Rainbow Glimmer Paper
• Ink Color: Highland Heather

I used the Hooray for You stamp set along with the Balloon Bouquet and Classic Label Punches for this card. The balloons and greeting are all popped up on Stampin Dimensionals and everything else is attached with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive.

The Rainbow Glimmer Paper makes this a quick and easy card to make, all those colors are from one sheet, I simply pulled a couple colors for my card and ink and let the glimmer paper do the rest, then finished off with a couple of Playing with Colors Resin Dots as they happened to have some in Pool Party!
